Job Description
The Client Care Coordinator ensures an exceptional client experience by delivering hands-on clinical support and operational assistance. Key duties include client preparation (skin cleansing and topical anesthetic application), procedure support for Nurse Practitioners (neuromodulator preparation, dose charting and workflow facilitation), treatment room cleaning/turnover, product restocking and providing coverage for front-office functions such as client check in & out, phone support and schedule management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare clients for treatment by performing skin cleansing and applying topical numbing.
- Assist Nurse Practitioners by pulling up neuromodulator product and inputting into computer medical charting log. NP provides handwritten log for reference and ultimately signs off.
- Supports clinical procedures by ensuring treatment rooms are properly setup and turned over between clients.
- Maintain organized inventory and restock products and supplies as needed.
- Provide front office coverage, including client check-in, scheduling, and communication support.
- Deliver attentive, client focused care to ensure a smooth and positive treatment experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetic medical spa.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills.
- Comfortable supporting clinical procedures and flexibility with workplace needs
- Excellent communication skills and a warm client focused demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and support both back office and front office needs.
- Reliable, professional and able to work collaboratively within a clinical team. Leads with positivity in work settings and inter-personal relationships!
