Job Description
The CoolSculpting Specialist at our practice is a dual sales + clinical role responsible for delivering exceptional non-invasive body contouring treatments while driving revenue through high-quality consultations, personalized treatment planning, and consistent follow-up.
This position requires strong sales ability, confident communication, and the capacity to guide clients through the full CoolSculpting journey — from first consultation to final results. The Specialist will educate clients on treatment options, perform CoolSculpting procedures, promote all our Med Spa services, and create an elevated client experience that supports practice growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Consultations & Sales Conversion
- Conduct thorough CoolSculpting consultations using a needs-based, consultative sales approach.
- Create personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and maximize outcomes.
- Present pricing confidently, review financing options, and close recommended treatment plans.
- Meet or exceed consultation-to-treatment conversion goals.
- Cross-sell additional services where appropriate.
2. CoolSculpting Treatment Delivery
- Perform CoolSculpting treatments safely, effectively, and in accordance with Allergan and our practice standards.
- Confirm treatment areas, expectations, pricing, and consent at every appointment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment.
- Ensure a positive, supportive client experience throughout the treatment process.
3. Client Journey, Retention & Follow-Up
- Manage the full CoolSculpting client journey: pre-consult, consult, treatment, follow-up, and rebooking.
- Execute our follow-up strategy to reduce cancellations and increase retention.
- Maintain accurate charting, forms, intake notes, and before/after photos.
- Provide ongoing check-ins to reinforce trust and improve satisfaction.
- Review results photos with clients and recommend next-step treatments.
4. Practice Growth & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create educational content, photos, and videos.
- Participate in monthly promotions, "Cool Month" campaigns, raffles, and special events.
- Stay updated on Allergan promotions, incentives, and CoolSculpting coupons.
- Assist in creating new workflows, protocols, and sales scripts as the CoolSculpting program grows.
5. Operational Excellence & Team Collaboration
- Build invoices, confirm correct charges, and assist with checkout when needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs, expiration dates, and supply management.
- Help train new team members on treatment techniques and sales processes.
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding metrics, goals, and performance.

Qualifications
- Prior Sales experience
- Must be coachable
- Proficient using iPads, computer systems, Microsoft Excel
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Team-Orientated with positive attitude and strong Emotional Intelligence
- Coolsculpting Certification will be obtained post-hire, compliments of our practice
