RN Longevity & Wellness

Our practice is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Registered Nurse to join our growing Skin & Wellness practice in Palo Alto.

This is not a traditional aesthetic-injector position. While aesthetic injection experience is highly valued, we are looking for an RN who excels at building trusted patient relationships, conducting thoughtful consultations, providing education, and developing personalized treatment recommendations.

You will provide a combination of aesthetic, longevity, and wellness services, including injectable treatments, IV therapy, vitamin injections, LED/red-light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and post-operative care. You will work closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up.

Education & Experience

• Active California RN license and BLS/CPR certification required.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing and/or aesthetic experience preferred.
• Aesthetic injectable experience strongly preferred.
• IV therapy and venipuncture experience required.
• Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, longevity, or peri-operative care preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform IV therapy, vitamin injections, and aesthetic treatments in accordance with physician direction and practice protocols.
• Provide hyperbaric oxygen and LED/red-light therapy.
• Conduct patient consultations, education, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Build strong, trusting patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments and respond appropriately to concerns or changes in condition.
• Identify opportunities to support patients' broader aesthetic and wellness goals and communicate recommendations to the clinical team.

Clinical & Peri-Operative Support

• Provide post-operative care under physician direction, including suture removal and dressing changes.
• Assist with minor procedures and other clinical services as directed.
• Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, medications, and clinical information.
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection as indicated.
• Complete laboratory/pathology requisitions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide patient education regarding medications and post-treatment care.
• Support the peri-operative team with patient rooming, room turnover, and procedure preparation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment and examination rooms.
• Assist with instrument cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization according to practice protocols.
• Monitor clinical supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other team members to provide efficient, high-quality care.
• Participate in additional clinical and operational responsibilities as the practice grows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, LED/red-light therapy, or other wellness services.
• Peri-operative or post-operative patient care experience.
• Experience with minor procedures, blood draws, and specimen collection.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Experience in a boutique, concierge, or relationship-driven medical practice.
