Key Responsibilities
With this Aesthetic job, you will:
- Perform cosmetic treatments including injectables such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers, IV therapies, and laser or skin-based procedures (e.g., hair removal, chemical peels).
- Educate patients by explaining procedures, products, side effects, and post-treatment care in detail.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals, including discussion of pricing, special offers, and financing options.
- Provide follow-up care to monitor treatment outcomes and ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry standards by participating in ongoing training, certifications, and professional development related to RN injector training and aesthetic medicine.
Qualifications
- Active license in good standing.
- Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred (not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and remain updated on aesthetic trends, techniques, and RN injector certification requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
