Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering exceptional, elective care within the field of cosmetic and aesthetic medicine. This role focuses on addressing cosmetic concerns through injectable and/or laser-based treatments, with an emphasis on patient safety, education, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic treatments including injectables (such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers), IV therapies, and laser or skin-based procedures (e.g., hair removal, chemical peels).
- Conduct patient education by providing detailed information about procedures, products, side effects, and post-treatment care.
- Develop and present individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals, including discussing pricing, special offers, and financing options.
- Provide follow-up care to monitor patient outcomes and ensure treatment satisfaction and safety.
- Stay current on industry standards through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development in aesthetic medicine.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and stay current on aesthetic trends and techniques
- Comfort working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team
