We're a nationally recognized, VC-backed medical aesthetics company seeking a part-time recruiter to support our expansion. You'll partner directly with leadership to attract top-tier injectors and clinical staff who embody our commitment to excellence and innovation.
What You'll Do
Source and recruit licensed injectors (RNs, NPs, PAs) and support staff across multiple markets. Manage recruitment advertising campaigns across job boards, social platforms, and industry-specific channels. Screen candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural alignment with our brand standards. Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring criteria and maintain quality benchmarks as we scale.
You Bring
Experience recruiting in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or adjacent healthcare verticals. Familiarity with what separates a competent injector from an exceptional one. Comfort running paid recruitment campaigns and optimizing spend. Strong instincts for candidate quality—we'd rather wait for the right person than fill a seat.
The Opportunity
Flexible, part-time arrangement (approximately 15-20 hours/week). Opportunity to shape the talent function of a brand that's redefining the medspa experience. Direct access to founders and operators who care deeply about who joins the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit licensed injectors and clinical staff across markets via JobSnob, AmSpa, and aesthetic networks.
- Manage paid recruitment ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, and social platforms to drive qualified applicants.
- Screen candidates for licensure, skills, and cultural fit before advancing to leadership.
- Build passive candidate pipeline through Instagram, Facebook groups, and industry networking.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine roles, comp benchmarks, and hiring criteria as we scale.
- Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruiting in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or adjacent healthcare verticals.
- Familiarity with what separates a competent injector from an exceptional one.
- Experience running paid recruitment campaigns and optimizing ad spend.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry-specific channels.
- Ability to assess candidate quality quickly—we'd rather wait than settle.
- Self-directed with excellent communication and organizational skills.
