As Practice Manager, you'll oversee all facets of daily clinic operations—including team leadership, financial performance, client experience, and administrative systems. You’ll be the cornerstone ensuring seamless, luxury-level service and supporting the rapid growth of this expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and facilities
- Coach and motivate front- and back‑office teams to deliver consistently exceptional patient care
- Analyze performance metrics (revenue, labor, retention) and launch initiatives that align with goals
- Manage marketing efforts + events coordination in partnership with corporate marketing team
- Address patient feedback and resolve escalations to preserve brand reputation
- Champion onboarding, training and ongoing development of all new hires
Qualifications
- 3+ years of people-focused healthcare or med-spa business management experience
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop cross-functional teams
- Stellar customer service orientation, with a polished, professional composure
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
