Job Description
Our practice is dedicated to empowering women through compassionate, personalized care in health, wellness, aesthetics, and sexual well-being. We combine advanced medical expertise with a supportive, patient-first environment to help women feel confident and cared for at every stage of life.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to serve as the operational leader of our clinic. This individual will work closely with ownership and providers to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent patient experiences, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic flow, compliance, and patient satisfaction on a day-to-day basis
- Schedule meetings, coordinate business reviews, and manage special projects and company events
- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members, ensuring smooth integration
- Conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and mediate conflicts
- Process payroll, track overtime, commissions, and bonuses
- Support content development, update marketing materials, and assist with social media campaigns
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in plastics, med spa, or related field
- Strong leadership, HR, and staff development skills
- Experience with EMR/CRM platforms and practice management systems
- Patient-centered, empathetic approach with strong conflict resolution skills
