Practice Manager – Medical Aesthetics

A high-growth, modern medical aesthetics organization in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead one of their locations. This role is ideal for a strong operator and people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys building teams, optimizing operations, and driving clinic growth.
About the Role
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the practice. This includes team leadership, operational efficiency, patient experience, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate brings a balance of business acumen, leadership presence, and a growth mindset.
This is not a “clock-in, clock-out” role - it’s a hands-on leadership position with visibility, accountability, and opportunity to grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional patient experience
- Oversee front office, patient coordination, and clinical support teams
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance-manage staff
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, conversion, retention, and scheduling optimization
- Build and manage schedules to maximize provider utilization and patient flow
- Partner closely with clinical leadership and ownership on growth initiatives
- Support and execute in-clinic sales initiatives, events, and promotions
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability and service
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures
What They’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, retail healthcare, or high-volume service environments
- Strong background in operations, team leadership, and revenue-driven environments
- Comfortable owning numbers, KPIs, and performance outcomes
- Experience leading teams through growth, change, or scaling phases
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Confident communicator who leads by example
