About the Role
The Practice Manager is responsible for clinic workflow, patient experience, staff performance, and financial results. You will partner with physicians, the OR Manager, and the business team to drive revenue, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a leadership opportunity for a Practice Manager who wants real ownership, direct physician partnership, and the ability to influence clinic performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own clinic revenue, budget, and profitability targets
- Oversee administrative workflows, staffing, and scheduling
- Partner with patient coordinators on sales forecasting and goals
- Collaborate with surgeons and OR leadership to optimize operations
- Lead staff performance, communication, and development
- Manage patient complaints and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Sales or sales management experience with proven results
- 2+ years supervising 10+ employees in a clinic or aesthetic setting
- Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills
