Job Description
We are seeking a Practice Manager who exemplifies professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven track record of successfully leading teams in dynamic environments.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can prioritize multiple responsibilities seamlessly, and maintains a calm, reassuring presence with both patients and staff. This full-time, in-clinic position requires someone who takes ownership and treats the practice as if it were their own.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee daily operations of a multi-provider aesthetic medical practice.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Recruit, train, coach, and support staff to uphold high standards of care and service.
- Maintain efficient scheduling and practice flow to optimize the patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and accreditation requirements (e.g., AAAHC, JCAHO, AAAASF).
- Coordinate facility needs, including maintenance and regulatory adherence.
- Actively manage administrative tasks, from mail processing to equipment oversight.
- Provide operational guidance and support across all departments, including front office, nursing, and internal sales.
- Model the clinic's culture and address employee relations professionally and proactively.
- Collaborate closely with medical providers to deliver an exceptional patient journey.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in plastic surgery or a medical aesthetics setting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional, polished demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic.
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Passion for empowering others and delivering outstanding service.
- Customer-centric mindset with a compassionate approach.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8–12 hours).
- Capable of lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $75,000
- Monthly performance-based bonus potential
