An established, high-performing women’s health and longevity practice in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations, elevate the patient journey, and help drive the next phase of strategic growth.
This position offers an opportunity within a concierge-style, precision medical practice at the forefront of hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide therapies, and longevity science. As the practice expands, including the launch of mobile concierge medical services, we are seeking a strong operational leader to help scale this next chapter.
The Practice Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the practice ,overseeing daily execution, managing staff, revenue performance, and ensuring every patient interaction reflects the elevated standard of care the brand represents, both in-office and through concierge mobile delivery.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Operations & Performance Leadership
• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations
• Coordinate logistics for in-office and mobile concierge services
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue per patient, and service utilization
• Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a luxury patient experience
Team Leadership & Human Resources Management
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff performance
• Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
• Establish clear expectations, accountability structures, and performance metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and front office staff
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in professionalism and respect
Concierge Patient Experience
• Ensure seamless consult flow, treatment coordination, and follow-up
• Maintain a discreet, elevated, patient-first environment across all service models
• Implement service standards that reflect a boutique, high-touch medical practice
Business Development & Growth
• Support revenue growth initiatives, treatment packages, and membership programs
• Collaborate on marketing strategy and operational execution
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and scalability
Financial Oversight & Systems Optimization
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management
• Develop and refine SOPs to support consistency across office and mobile services
• Build scalable systems to support continued expansion
Qualifications
• Minimum 2–5 years of management experience in a medical office, medical aesthetics, women’s health, or concierge healthcare environment
• Prior experience in both clinical medical operations and aesthetic or elective service-based practices strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, payroll, scheduling, and operational workflows
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven performance management
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Experience in high-touch, concierge, hospitality, or luxury service environments preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
• Detail-driven with strong follow-through and accountability
