A growing medical aesthetics practice in North Brunswick, NJ is looking for a warm, highly-organized Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team’s growth. This is a patient-facing leadership role ideal for someone who’s ready to bring structure, energy, and positivity to the business side of beauty.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage front desk flow, ensure smooth scheduling, and provide five-star patient experiences
• Train new and existing team members on EMR, systems, and service standards
• Help create a culture of accountability, learning, and professional growth
• Assist with staff development, marketing support, and social media coordination
• Networking in the local community

Who You Are:

• Experienced in operations, hospitality, or aesthetics/healthcare management (preference for med spa, derm, or plastic surgery experience)
• Approachable, articulate, and unflappable — you’re the calm in the storm
• A natural leader and great communicator who leads by example
• Comfortable with technology, scheduling software, and EMR training (we’ll teach you our systems)
• Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
• Are excited by team-building and patient retention
• Enjoy collaborating on new ideas to help the business grow
