Job Description
A premier cosmetic and plastic surgery practice in White Plains, NY is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support continued growth. Known for exceptional patient care and cutting-edge, minimally invasive cosmetic treatments, this renowned practice is looking for a leader who shares their commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a multi-physician cosmetic surgery practice
- Manage and mentor front desk and support staff
- Optimize patient flow, scheduling, and overall patient experience
- Monitor KPIs and implement systems to improve efficiency and performance
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to support business goals and company values
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in practice management, ideally within a cosmetic or plastic surgery setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage staff in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Experience with EMR systems and practice management software
- Long-term interest in career growth within the aesthetics space

I am a medical assistant and esthetician for over 20 yrs in dermatology and facial plastic surgery. Over the years I have done clinical and administrative duties in all aspects of a medical office. I started in dermatology as a medical assistant, then acquired my esthetics license. I became lead medical assistant which lead me to be full manager of the medical side of our office. From there i went into facial plastic surgery, doing all post operative care for patients with some intra-operative experience. I gained knowledge of administrative duties within this office as well, managing a schedule, consultation with established patients looking to have more work done and overseeing office flow., I am currently taking courses in the esthetics field, which include special facials and becoming certified in manual lymphatic drainage., I believe with my broad and lengthy knowledge and years of hands on experience I would be an asset either clinically or administratively to any office.
