Job Description
We’re seeking a results-driven Practice Manager to run operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This hybrid role blends treatment and product sales, team leadership, and hands-on aesthetic care in a high-performing, data-driven environment. You’ll lead daily operations, manage marketing initiatives, handle client consultations and closes, coach a results-oriented team, and operate various light-based and aesthetic devices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily medspa operations and optimize workflow for efficiency and profit
- Drive revenue through marketing, promotions, and strategic client outreach
- Handle client calls, consultations, and closes with a warm, professional approach
- Coach and develop a high-performing team focused on results
- Operate and manage various light-based devices and other aesthetic equipment
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and implement strategies for growth
Qualifications
- 2+ years spa/medspa management experience
- Licensed or certified in aesthetic energy-based devices
- Hands-on experience with light-based and other aesthetic devices
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and sales-oriented
- Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
- Skilled at turning leads into loyal clients while maintaining a friendly, luxury-level experience
