About the Role
Reports to: Medical Director (board-certified Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon)
Role Type: Full-Time
We need an operations lead who can turn a brand-new flagship medspa into the gold standard for care. Reporting to our board-certified Medical Director and partnering with our corporation, you’ll build the team, design the playbook, and keep every touchpoint (clinical and front-of-house) running flawlessly.
What will you do?
Operations & Patient Experience
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless, elevated patient experience
- Build SOPs, compliance, sanitation, and scheduling accuracy (Boulevard)
- Support treatment bundling, pricing, and process improvement with leadership
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing clinical and front desk team
- Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, and ongoing training
- Enforce company policies and ensure alignment with our mission and brand standards
Finance, Retail & Sales
- Contribute to sales strategy, budgeting, and revenue growth goals
- Manage retail operations including inventory, merchandising, and vendors
- Track KPIs and train staff on product knowledge and patient conversion
Facility & Inventory
- Maintain a pristine and compliant environment across treatment rooms and common areas
- Oversee equipment care and facility maintenance, coordinating repairs as needed
- Track product inventory, place supply orders, and conduct regular audits
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Align with our corporate on brand campaigns and promotions
- Lead in-practice execution of content, events, and social initiatives
- Support community partnerships, referral programs, and patient engagement
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience managing a medspa, medical practice, plastic surgery, dermatology, or health/wellness space - launch experience a plus
- Proven track record in sales management and revenue growth
- Experience with patient scheduling systems, Boulevard a plus
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to rally and inspire staff while maintaining high operational standards
- Must have the ability to lift up to 15 pounds

- Base Salary: $75,000/year
- Total Potential Compensation with Performance-Based Bonuses: $140,000+/year
- Vacation: 2 weeks annually, increasing to 3 weeks after third year of employment
