We are seeking a highly self-motivated, operationally savvy, and passionate Practice Manager to act as the owner’s right hand. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth clinic performance while empowering the team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all onsite day-to-day operations of the med spa, including opening/closing, facility readiness, and ensuring all treatment rooms are prepared for service
- Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and train staff members to uphold the highest service and compliance standards
- Oversee customer billing, onsite cash reconciliation, and third-party financing platforms Manage vendor relationships, including consultants, payroll/HR providers, marketing firms, bookkeepers, accountants, and suppliers
- Manage all clinic software and tools, including 1Password, Google Workspace, Podium, and PatientNow
- Monitor sales and revenue performance; implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Assist the owner with personal and professional scheduling, travel coordination, and time-sensitive tasks to ensure smooth integration of business and personal obligations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of operations or management experience in aesthetics, med spa, or plastic surgery
- Proficiency in med spa or medical office software (PatientNow experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams
