- Partner with practice leadership to identify and execute opportunities for growth.
- Track key business metrics including patient inquiries, consultations, conversion rates, bookings, revenue, procedure mix, and patient acquisition sources.
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey from initial inquiry through consultation, booking, treatment, and long-term retention.
- Develop and implement initiatives designed to increase surgical and non-surgical revenue.

- Coordinate website content, before-and-after galleries, social media initiatives, email and text campaigns, patient reactivation, and referral programs.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen digital presence, online reputation, brand positioning, and patient acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a marketing calendar and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing strategies, AI-driven search, technology, and other opportunities relevant to practice growth.
Financial & Business Operations
- Maintain a strong working understanding of P&L statements, revenue trends, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting.
- Monitor major operating expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.

- Address staff and operational issues promptly, calmly, and professionally.
- Ensure strong communication between patient care, clinical, administrative, and business functions.
- Continuously improve office systems and workflows to increase efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
- Remain hands-on and willing to step in to solve problems when needed.
Strategic Projects & Leadership Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for practice leadership on business and operational matters.
- Help prioritize, organize, and execute important practice initiatives.
- Coordinate projects involving multiple vendors and team members while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, software, vendors, and business opportunities.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
