Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RN Medical Assistant to support our plastic surgery practice. Our clinic is Nashville’s premier destination for superior plastic surgery, injections, and skincare founded by an award-winning, board-certified, double fellowship-trained aesthetic plastic surgeon. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical nursing skills, experience in aesthetic or surgical environments, and a passion for patient care. This role involves both hands-on clinical assistance and administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the practice.

His overarching philosophy is very basic: A commitment to the finest results while providing individualized care for each patient. He offers aesthetic and non-surgical procedures many of which can be done in office and require little or no down-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for consultations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
- Take vital signs, review medical histories, and document patient information accurately.
- Assist the plastic surgeon during procedures and postoperative care.
- Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative instructions, medications, and recovery expectations.
- Perform suture removal, wound care, and dressing changes.
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure treatment rooms are clean and stocked.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or surgical nursing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures, skincare treatments, and surgical protocols a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
