Plastic Surgery RN

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plastic Surgery RN Medical Assistant to support our plastic surgery practice. Our clinic is Nashville’s premier destination for superior plastic surgery, injections, and skincare founded by an award-winning, board-certified, double fellowship-trained aesthetic plastic surgeon. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical nursing skills, experience in aesthetic or surgical environments, and a passion for patient care. This role involves both hands-on clinical assistance and administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for consultations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Take vital signs, review medical histories, and document patient information accurately.
• Assist the plastic surgeon during procedures and postoperative care.
• Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative instructions, medications, and recovery expectations.
• Perform suture removal, wound care, and dressing changes.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure treatment rooms are clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cosmetic procedures, skincare treatments, and surgical protocols a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
