Patient Concierge / Front Desk

Luxury Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery Practice — Park Avenue, NYC

A well-established, high-end aesthetic & plastic surgery practice on Park Avenue seeking a polished, patient-focused Patient Concierge to join their team. This is a front-of-house, relationship-driven role, not a basic front desk position.

The Role

You will be the first impression of the practice and a key part of delivering a seamless, concierge-level experience to a discerning patient population. This role focuses on patient experience, lead follow-up, and appointment coordination. Surgical quoting and final closing are handled by leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional, warm, and polished manner
• Manage check-in, demographics, and EMR accuracy
• Answer inbound calls and schedule consultations (including collecting consult fees)
• Follow up with prospective patients via phone, text, and email
• Nurture website and social media leads
• Support skincare sales and educate patients on full regimens
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and assist with basic reporting
• Monitor and respond to online reviews professionally
  

Schedule

• Monday-Friday only
• 40 hours/week
• No weekends
• Flexibility and professionalism are essential
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + commission
• Retail commission: 10% on skincare sales (with upside)

Ideal Background

• Experience in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine required
• Strong preference for plastic surgery, facial plastics, or cosmetic dermatology
• Comfortable with high-expectation, high-end clientele
