- Maintain accurate patient records, intake forms, consents, and referral information.
- Explain services, pricing, memberships, packages, and approved financing options, including PatientFi.
- Review invoices with patients before treatment and process payments accurately.
- Coordinate with providers to support smooth patient flow and promptly communicate patient concerns.

- Build a returning clientele through excellent service, consistent follow-up, rebooking, and approved outreach and social media posting.
- Recommend appropriate products, packages, and complementary services while respecting each patient’s needs and preferences.
- Maintain treatment documentation, sanitation standards, and clean, prepared treatment rooms.
- Work toward established goals for bookings, retention, retail sales, and patient experience.
Marketing & Clinic Support
- Participate in social media content, including educational posts, short videos, and service highlights.
- Support your professional presence and promote your services through approved practice branding and marketing channels during paid work time.
- Collaborate with the team on promotions and practice events.
- Receive, unbox, organize, stock, and count inventory; report discrepancies and low stock to the designated manager or provider.
- Monitor expiration dates and keep reception, retail, and treatment areas organized.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.

- Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Reliability, accountability, and a collaborative approach.
- Comfort learning scheduling, electronic records, and payment systems.
- Consistent Tuesday–Friday availability, with occasional training or coverage at our Alpine location on Monday's.
Experience in a medical spa, skincare practice, patient coordination, or a similar service-focused setting is preferred. Familiarity with Electronic Charting (Podium) and professional skincare lines such as Epicutis and SkinBetter Science is a plus.
What We Offer
