We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) who loves connecting with people and helping them feel confident in their own skin. In this role, you’ll guide patients through personalized consultations, helping them understand the treatments, products, and services that best fit their needs and goals. The PCC is an integral part of our practice’s success—blending education, patient outreach, and consultative sales to ensure every patient feels informed, cared for, and excited about their journey. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated by building relationships, thrives in a collaborative medical aesthetics environment, and enjoys contributing to the overall growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing sales consultations and providing quotes up to many thousands of dollars for cosmetic services and elective treatments
- Accomplishes revenue objectives by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Tracking, reviewing, and analyzing metrics including number of consultations conducted, number of consults closed, and the revenue per closed consultation
- Skillful and knowledgeable to educate and inform patients on pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care
- Being fully educated on all products, procedures, treatments, programs, and promotions offered and having the ability to be clear and effective when communicating and educating patients
- Working closely with management and marketing department
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment, aesthetic setting preferred
- Must be poised, articulate, personable, and possess excellent communication skills
- Sound listening and customer service skills
- Willingness to succeed and grow individually as well as part of a team
