We are a premier plastic surgery practice in Chelmsford, Massachusetts is seeking a results-driven Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with a strong sales background. This is a high-level, sales-centric role within a prestigious, well-established practice known for delivering natural, elite surgical and non-surgical cosmetic outcomes in a warm, family-focused environment.
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about connecting with patients and helping them move forward confidently with life-changing procedures. Success in this role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, follow-through, and a commitment to organization and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them through the consultation and decision-making process.
- Present treatment plans, provide pricing (ranging from hundreds to over $25,000), and confidently ask for the sale.
- Maintain a consistent focus on closing procedures and treatments.
- This is a sales-first position with a service orientation—not a general administrative role.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Participate in and support internal and community-based marketing efforts.
- Help plan and attend promotional events and assist with execution, set-up, and breakdown.
- Support digital outreach such as email marketing and social media coordination.
Organization & Efficiency:
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the physician, surgical team, and front/back office staff to streamline patient care processes.
- Familiarity with PatientNOW or NexTech is preferred but not required.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, medical device/pharma, direct sales, or med spa environments
- Demonstrated ability to sell luxury services and guide high-value transactions confidently and ethically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills (55+ WPM preferred)
- Exceptionally organized, reliable, and task-oriented
- Professional in presentation, energetic in demeanor, and focused on follow-through
- Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to contribute to a drama-free workplace
- Able to work both independently and as part of a highly skilled team
- Willingness to learn and grow within a proven system
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: depending on experience
- Performance bonuses: per year, based on results (no cap)
