Job Description
We are a unique and growing premier Oculofacial Plastic Surgery practice in Beverly Hills seeking a Lead Surgical & Patient Care Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our boutique office and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. As one of the top patient care coordinator jobs in the area, this role is ideal for someone who excels in both organization and patient-facing responsibilities.
This hybrid role blends day-to-day operations, surgical scheduling, and patient-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and personable – someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced yet detail-oriented environment. Candidates who have explored patient coordinator jobs, surgical coordinator jobs, or medical office coordinator jobs will find this position particularly aligned with their skill set.
This position is ideal for someone currently working in private plastic surgery, boutique medspa, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery practice with experience in treatment plan coordination and patient conversion.

This includes responsibilities similar to surgery scheduler jobs and front office coordinator jobs, while maintaining the elevated experience expected in Beverly Hills.
