Job Description
An established plastic surgery practice in West Palm is seeking a polished, results-driven Patient Care Coordinator with a proven track record in high-ticket sales within plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or a related luxury service environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who can guide patients through significant elective procedures, build trust, address objections, and convert qualified consultations into booked surgeries.
The Role
As part of a team of three Patient Care Coordinators, you will guide prospective and existing patients through the full patient journey, from initial inquiry and consultation through surgery, non-surgical treatments, and follow-up.
You will balance an elevated patient experience with a strong sales focus, helping patients navigate their options while contributing to practice revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Convert qualified surgical consultations into booked procedures using consultative selling and strategic follow-up.
- Manage the sales process for high-value surgical cases, including procedures valued at $70,000–$100,000+.
- Communicate treatment options, pricing, and next steps with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain an active pipeline, re-engage prospective patients, and support sales across surgical and non-surgical services.
- Track conversion rates, case values, and revenue performance.
Patient Experience & Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients.
- Deliver a personalized, discreet experience through responsive communication and consistent follow-through.
- Coordinate consultations, appointments, and patient communications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and sales pipeline documentation.
- Collaborate with the physician, clinical team, and fellow coordinators to ensure continuity throughout the patient journey.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success closing high-ticket sales, including individual cases valued at $70,000–$100,000+.
- Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, facial aesthetics, or luxury medical aesthetics strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to guide clients through significant purchasing decisions while building trust and communicating value.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and tracking conversion metrics.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Important: This is not an entry-level sales position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate actual high-value closing experience. General customer service or routine retail sales experience alone will not meet the requirements.
