Our practice, led by board-certified facial plastic surgeon, is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to guide prospective patients from first inquiry through surgery and recovery. Our patients are warm, high-intent, and investing four to five figures in procedures like rhinoplasty, facelifts, and eyelid surgery. Leads come to you through an established process. Your job is to follow up, build trust, present pricing, and help patients move forward with confidence, while owning the coordination that keeps a high-touch surgical practice running smoothly.
This is a true earning opportunity. Because you're working warm leads on high-value procedures, a strong closer can realistically clear $100K quickly, and your income grows directly with your results.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and convert warm leads by phone and in person, following our established consultation process
- Follow up on open quotes and re-engage patients who haven't yet booked
- Guide patients through the full journey: inquiry, consultation, booking, surgery day, and post-op follow-up
- Present pricing, packages, and financing options clearly and confidently
- Schedule procedures and coordinate day-of logistics
- Be present for procedures as part of the patient experience and coordination and helping with local procedures
- Own your pipeline and track your conversion rate
- Prepare quotes and keep patient records and paperwork organized
- Maintain an organized surgical and consultation calendar
- Help keep the office clean, organized, and patient-ready
What We're Looking For
- Proven high-ticket sales or closing experience (medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, real estate, luxury retail, financial services, or similar)
- Confidence making proactive outreach calls, not just answering inbound
- Strong follow-up discipline; you don't let warm leads or open quotes go cold
- Polished, warm communication suited to a discerning clientele
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced surgical practice, including being in the room for procedures
- Calm under pressure, with a natural ability to build rapport
- Aesthetics or plastic surgery experience is a strong plus
Compensation & Growth
- $28–$32/hour base plus performance bonus, with $100K+ earning potential quickly for top performers
- Warm leads and a proven process, so you're not starting from scratch
- Leadership track: as the practice grows, this role will have the opportunity to build and manage a team
