A leading facial plastic surgery practice in the Southeast is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. - Pay: $19–$23/hour (commensurate with experience).
- Schedule: Full-time
- Mon/Wed/Thu: 8:30am–5:00pm
- Tue: 8:30am–7:00pm
- Fri: 8:30am–1:00pm
- Occasional weekends/special events; ability to travel between Midtown and Alpharetta.
- Mon/Wed/Thu: 8:30am–5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients—managing calls, check-in, and check-out with professionalism and warmth as part of our medical office front desk jobs team.
- Coordinate patient visits, documentation, and communication across our offices in Midtown and Alpharetta.
- Support front office operations, marketing initiatives, and special events, similar to duties found in medical front desk jobs or front office coordinator medical spa roles.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with safety, infection control, and emergency procedures, following standards common in healthcare receptionist jobs.
- Foster a positive, professional environment by working collaboratively with patients, physicians, and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Previous work in plastic surgery or medspa required—ideal for candidates looking for plastic surgery receptionist jobs, cosmetic surgery receptionist jobs, medspa receptionist jobs, or medical spa front desk jobs.

- Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).
