Our well-established facial plastic surgery and medspa practice in Atlanta is looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range: $45,000–$80,000 annually (base + bonus structure) - pay structure will be based on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring every step of their journey—from consultation through follow-up—is seamless and supportive.
- Present treatment options and quotes in a professional, approachable way that helps patients feel confident in their decisions.
- Follow up consistently to nurture patient relationships and encourage treatment conversions.
- Manage daily front- and back-office functions, including scheduling, EMR documentation, payments, and inventory. • Stay up to date on our full service menu and professional skincare lines, such as Jan Marini Skin Research, NeoCutis, EltaMD, and AlumierMD
- Build long-term trust by maintaining contact with patients after their treatments and ensuring continued satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing education about both surgical and non-surgical procedures, tailoring recommendations to each patient’s needs and goals.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in aesthetic sales, plastic surgery, surgical coordination, or a related patient care role.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to connect with patients and build loyalty.
- Familiarity with the Atlanta market is a plus.
