We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with expertise in BTL devices. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in aesthetic sales. The PCC will be responsible for promoting and selling a full range of cosmetic treatments. Success in this role will be measured by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets and maintaining strong performance across weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.

Compensation: $23-25/hour + commission
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and patient consultations.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate medical aesthetic services.
- Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure clear communication and a seamless patient experience.
- Assist in managing the clinic’s Instagram page by creating content, posting regularly, and engaging with the community.
- Manage and follow up on all inbound leads, ensuring prompt response to calls and emails within 24 hours.
Qualifications
- 1-2 year of consultative selling experience, preferably in the Medical Aesthetic Industry.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and client connection skills.
- Proficiency in Social Media, technology & computers.
