Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses primarily on back-office operations, assisting with treatment prep, sterilization, inventory management, patient charting, and general support to ensure a smooth workflow for our providers. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize treatment rooms before and after appointments
  • Assist providers with non-invasive treatments as needed
  • Maintain clean and sterile instruments according to protocols
  • Manage inventory of medical and spa supplies; place orders as needed
  • Update and maintain patient charts in EMR system
  • Handle back-office administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing records
  • Support providers during procedures by preparing materials and ensuring readiness
  • Comply with HIPAA and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

  • Current Medical Assistant certification (preferred) or equivalent experience in a clinical/aesthetic setting
  • Minimum 1–2 years pf experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetic medical office (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working with aesthetic devices and medical equipment (training provided)
