THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced OR Circulating RN to join our growing team. This is a hands-on clinical role where you will independently manage your room, circulate a variety of surgical cases, and partner closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure seamless patient care.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Day shifts
- Weekdays only
- No weekends or major holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently circulate surgical cases in a fast-paced ASC environment
- Prepare and maintain the OR to ensure efficiency, sterility, and readiness
- Anticipate procedural needs and support efficient case flow and turnover
- Complete accurate perioperative documentation
- Monitor patients throughout the surgical experience with a strong focus on safety
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy as appropriate
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
- Experience across multiple surgical specialties
- Prior charge nurse, preceptor, or leadership experience

Key Responsibilities
- Independently circulate surgical cases across multiple specialties in a high-volume ASC environment
- Prepare, manage, and maintain the OR to ensure efficiency, sterility, and readiness for all procedures
- Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs; ensure smooth case flow and efficient turnover
- Perform accurate and timely perioperative documentation throughout all phases of care
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures with a consistent focus on safety
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to deliver high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 1–2+ years of recent OR circulating experience (required) — applicants without this experience will not be considered
- Demonstrated ability to run an OR room independently
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (required)
- New graduates are not eligible for this position
