We are a fast-growing chain of locally owned anti-aging day spas, specializing in high-demand, non-surgical cosmetic treatments including injectables, laser therapies, medical-grade facials, and more. Our mission is simple: help clients look and feel their best—confident, refreshed, and naturally radiant.
We are currently seeking to partner with a skilled, motivated, and passionate Practitioner (NP or PA) who has a strong eye for aesthetics and genuinely loves the beauty and wellness industry. A minimum of one year of hands-on injectable experience (neurotoxin and dermal fillers) is required, and advanced technique training is available for continued growth and skill development.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate—including a turn-key med spa ownership option with no fees or ongoing corporate fees. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, safe aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic services in alignment with clinical best practices and state regulations.
- Conduct thorough consultations, create customized treatment plans, and achieve natural, results-driven outcomes that align with client goals.
- Actively build, retain, and grow a personal client base while leveraging company marketing, brand recognition, and demand to expand overall revenue.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives, promotions, and growth strategies to scale the practice and maximize long-term success.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and compliance standards to support operational excellence and future ownership opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing advanced training, mentorship, and leadership development with a pathway toward turn-key med spa ownership and long-term financial growth.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on injectable experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers (required)
- Strong aesthetic eye with a focus on natural, results-driven outcomes
- Existing client base preferred, with the ability and desire to continue building and expanding a book of business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth and potential ownership opportunities
- Excellent consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
