About the Role

We are looking for a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner who brings strong clinical judgment, an artistic eye, and a genuine appreciation for the nuances of aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate understands that exceptional outcomes are achieved through thoughtful assessment, precision, and individualized treatment planning.

Experience with energy-based devices and skin-focused treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, and other advanced skin rejuvenation procedures, is a plus. Training in our clinic’s specific devices, technologies, and treatment protocols will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized patient experience
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and clinical assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on anatomy, patient goals, skin health, and long-term aesthetic considerations
• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments with precision, safety, and sound clinical judgment
• Perform skin rejuvenation treatments and energy-based device procedures according to training and demonstrated competency
• Provide thoughtful, inclusive care for patients of all skin types and tones
• Educate patients on comprehensive treatment plans, realistic expectations, and appropriate aftercare
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and adhere to established safety standards
• Build lasting patient relationships through trust, transparency, and continuity of care
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and training to expand expertise in aesthetic treatments and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Current California Nurse Practitioner license and national certification
• Prior experience in aesthetic medicine, particularly injectable treatments 
• Comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, skin health, and aesthetic principles
• Experience with laser and energy-based devices, chemical peels, microneedling, and other skin rejuvenation treatments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, polished, caring, and professional bedside manner
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
• Strong clinical judgment and an appreciation for natural, balanced aesthetic outcomes
• Genuine curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continue learning and growing within aesthetic medicine
