Key Responsibilities
- Administer injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Promoting skincare products, laser treatments, and other services.
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Collaborate in the development of new treatment protocols (examples: weight loss, HRT, IV therapy)
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in good standing in Pennsylvania, with 2–3 years of experience in aesthetics, hormones, anti-aging or functional medicine.
- Strong aesthetic eye and commitment to achieving natural, balanced results.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with a patient-first approach.
- Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to a positive, supportive culture.
- Experience in building and maintaining a loyal client base through exceptional results and long-term relationships.
