New Patient Concierge | Plastic Surgery + Aesthetics

The Opportunity

A high-end plastic surgery and aesthetics practice is looking for a New Patient Concierge to be the face of the practice for prospective patients. This person will create a warm, elevated experience from the first phone call or inquiry through consultation booking and arrival.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally personable, polished, confident, and warm. Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, luxury hospitality, concierge medicine, or high-end customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new patient inquiries by phone, email, website, and social media.
• Build rapport with prospective patients and understand their goals and needs.
• Provide general information about aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures and the consultation process.
• Qualify inquiries and schedule consultations with the appropriate provider.
• Follow up with prospective patients and help convert inquiries into booked consultations.
• Coordinate pre-consultation forms, instructions, financing information, and appointment details.
• Welcome patients and ensure a seamless, personalized experience throughout their visit.
• Lead the daily morning huddle to review new patients and the day's schedule.
• Maintain accurate patient information and communication notes in the practice's systems.
• Partner with the patient care and marketing teams to support lead follow-up and patient engagement.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

• Comfortable speaking with prospective patients and discussing services
• Previous experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical offices, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end customer service is preferred but not required
• Sales, patient coordination, or lead conversion experience is a plus
• Comfortable learning CRM, EMR, and scheduling systems
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional patient experience
