Job Description
We are seeking a driven and polished MedSpa Sales Consultant to join our growing physician-led aesthetic practice in The Colony, TX. This role focuses exclusively on revenue growth through consultations, lead conversion, membership sales, treatment plan selling, and client relationship management. Candidates must be confident, motivated, and skilled in high-value consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert consultations and leads into booked aesthetic treatments.
- Upsell memberships, packages, and skincare products to maximize revenue.
- Conduct professional treatment plan presentations and pricing discussions.
- Manage inbound leads, daily follow-ups, and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with providers, front desk, and marketing to support client flow.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ year of sales experience (MedSpa or luxury sales strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to close high-ticket services and meet revenue goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with commission-based earnings.
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to work occasional weekends
