A growing concierge aesthetics and wellness brand is seeking a Tennessee-licensed Medical Director (MD or DO) to provide clinical oversight and guidance to a team of advanced practice providers. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the supervising physician for all medical and aesthetic staff in compliance with Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners regulations
• Perform periodic chart reviews and documentation audits as required by state law
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and protocol oversight for aesthetic and wellness treatments
• Maintain clear communication with the leadership team to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Support development of policies, standing orders, and emergency procedures
• Fulfill all statutory and regulatory requirements of a Medical Director in Tennessee
• Supervising physician to all medical staff and providers
• Review of charts per Tennessee state requirements
• Meets all other Tennessee statutory requirements/responsibilities of a Medical Director and supervising physician

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee medical license (MD or DO) required
• Experience in aesthetic medicine, integrative wellness, or concierge care preferred
• Previous experience supervising nurse practitioners or physician assistants is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to support a growing business with professionalism and integrity
