Job Description
A premier plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled Clinical Medical Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone sharp, dependable, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-op and post-op care, including suture and cast removals, patient education, and clinical photography.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Manage patient flow: room preparation, patient intake, and keeping the physician on schedule.
- Provide patient support by answering questions in person, by phone, and via text.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling, follow-ups, chart organization, and scanning. Support the coordinator and office staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Contribute to a clean, efficient, and positive team environment.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a plastic surgery or aesthetics office (required).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork mindset — willing to step in wherever needed.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
