Key Responsibilities
- Greet and room patients, ensuring comfort and efficient patient flow throughout their visit
- Prepare exam rooms ahead of procedures, maintaining a pristine and organized setting for both patients and providers
- Thoroughly clean and restock exam rooms following appointments to uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation
- Skillfully draw up botox and prepare dermal fillers and related supplies according to provider protocols and best practices
- Assist with various treatments and support clinical staff with injectable and non-surgical aesthetic procedures as needed
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies, restocking as necessary to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a dermatology, plastic surgery, or medspa setting strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and patient satisfaction
- Comfortable handling, preparing, and drawing up injectable products such as botox and fillers
- Medical Assistant Certification or similar experience
