About the Role

Our Office is a luxury cosmetic dermatology clinic founded by a Harvard-trained, double board-certified dermatologist. We specialize in advanced cosmetic treatments, regenerative procedures, and natural-looking results delivered through a patient-first philosophy — a uniquely empathetic approach to aesthetics that’s grounded in trust, communication, and exceptional outcomes.

We’re hiring a Medical Assistant to support the Dr. across both clinical and operational areas. This is an ideal role for someone who’s energized by variety, thrives in high-touch environments, and wants to grow within the aesthetic medicine space. • Collect payment and complete post-treatment checkout
  • Help explain procedures, treatment timelines, and skincare in plain terms
  • Coordinate patient room flow and provider availability, ensuring smooth handoffs between front office and clinical staff

Patient Messaging & Communication

  • Manage patient messages and calls with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide follow-up instructions and route clinical questions as needed
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling when required

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Assist the Dr. with light administrative tasks, including calendar coordination and meeting preparation
  • Help track and maintain clinical inventory, notifying leadership when reorders are needed
  • Support select executive-level projects and communications under the direction of the Dr.
  • Manage behind-the-scenes logistics that keep the clinic running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Certified Medical Assistant certification in California preferred

  • Strong communicator, confident explaining treatments and guiding patients
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Mac OS + EMRs (we use Prospyr)
  • Team player who’s adaptable, detail-oriented, and discreet

This role is a strong match if you are currently working as a medical assistant in dermatology or looking to transition into dermatology medical assistant jobs with growth potential.

Schedule & Location

  • Opportunities to grow into senior roles in patient care, research, or clinic operations
  • Supportive team culture with direct mentorship from the Dr. and leadership
