Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers during medical aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and advanced skincare services, Prepare and organize treatment rooms before each client appointment to maintain a welcoming and efficient space, Sterilize, clean, and properly store all medical instruments and equipment following safety protocols, Monitor and maintain inventory of medical and skincare supplies, ensuring materials are well-stocked and organized, Provide knowledgeable, professional, and friendly support to patients, addressing their questions and ensuring comfort throughout their visit, Document patient interactions, procedures, and relevant health histories in electronic records accurately and promptly, Collaborate with a cohesive team to promote a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) with current credentials, 1–2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related aesthetic healthcare setting, Demonstrated knowledge of standard medical spa procedures, safety protocols, and equipment sterilization, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-focused care, Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing supplies and supporting providers, Reliable team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, well-established environment
