About the Opportunity

A physician-owned aesthetics and wellness practice is seeking an experienced Master Aesthetician to join its clinical team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice and work alongside medical and aesthetic providers to deliver a high level of personalized skincare and aesthetic care.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, and other treatments within Virginia Master Esthetician scope
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment and home-care recommendations
• Perform manual lymphatic drainage and epidermal microdermabrasion as appropriate
• Recommend professional skincare products based on patient needs and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all sanitation and infection-control standards
• Collaborate with medical providers and appropriately refer patients when services fall outside the scope of esthetics
• Maintain continuing education and all required licensure

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Master Esthetician license
• 5+ years of professional esthetics experience
• Medspa or clinical aesthetics experience preferred
• Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, or comparable treatments
• Strong consultation and skincare product knowledge
• Retail sales experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Professional, polished, and patient-focused approach
