Marketing Project Manager (FULLY REMOTE)

We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and energetic Marketing Project Manager for immediate hire.

Responsibilities

• Development of marketing strategy for doctors and other healthcare professionals in women's health, anti-aging medicine, or functional medicine niches.
• Preparation and delivery of marketing campaigns, marketing materials, and any other deliverables as described in each client contract.
• Manage the entire client experience & regularly engage with clients to present ideas, materials, discuss goals, and present solutions for their marketing needs.
• Create marketing campaigns for clients that include social media, email marketing, graphic design, podcasts, direct mail, press releases, landing pages, funnels, presentations, webinars, and events to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Online research, including competitor research, healthcare industry trends & marketing trends.
• Maintain Positive Client Relationships and a rating of 9 or higher (out of 10).
• Analyze client projects to ensure that we successfully hit marketing KPIs.
• Maintain a Client Retention Rate of 85% or higher.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and at an appropriate level of excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Graphic design capabilities (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop or similar)
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership and initiative on projects.
• Coachable, self-aware, and willing to learn and constantly improve.
• Take ownership of results and have pride in your work
• Healthcare experience or small business marketing experience is a plus

Job Hours and Pay

• We work 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 
• The contact pay for this position is $3750-4000 per month for handling 18-20 clients
