Job Description

We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing efforts for both practices.

We are one of Atlanta’s most established aesthetic practices, specializing in laser treatments, skincare, and aesthetic services. We have a concierge medical and wellness practice focused on personalized primary care, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, peptides, and performance-driven health optimization.

This is fundamentally a marketing position; however, we believe the best marketing comes from someone who truly understands the business from the inside. To effectively market our services, this individual must understand our patients, practitioners, treatments, sales process, daily operations, and the questions and concerns that influence a patient’s decision to move forward.

For that reason, the role will begin with a significant period of hands-on immersion in patient care and sales. The coordinator will answer phones and emails, respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, support consultations, educate patients about services, follow up with prospective patients, and learn the complete patient journey.

This patient-facing experience is an essential part of the position’s training—not its ultimate destination. The expectation is that the individual will quickly develop a strong working knowledge of both practices while simultaneously becoming involved in current marketing initiatives.

As the individual develops a thorough understanding of our patients, services, sales process, and business goals, the balance of the position will shift increasingly toward marketing. This person will be responsible for coordinating and executing our social media content, email and SMS campaigns, promotions, events, influencer partnerships, website updates, lead tracking, and marketing performance reporting. They will also serve as the primary liaison between practice leadership, internal team members, and our outside marketing partners.

These are core responsibilities of the position, not optional opportunities for future involvement. The timing and pace of the transition will depend on how quickly the individual becomes proficient in the patient experience, services, systems, and operations of both practices. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and assume full day-to-day marketing coordination as soon as they are prepared. This individual will become the central point of coordination and accountability for the marketing efforts of our practice.

HOW THE ROLE WILL BE STRUCTURED

Patient Experience and Business Immersion

The role will begin with a significant period of hands-on patient care and sales experience. This is an essential part of learning the businesses and preparing to lead their marketing effectively.

Responsibilities during this phase include:

  • Answering calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries
  • Greeting patients, completing check-in and check-out, and scheduling appointments
  • Learning our services, products, memberships, programs, pricing, and promotions
  • Educating patients, supporting consultations, and preparing quotes
  • Following up with leads and helping convert inquiries into appointments and treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate information in our patient-management and CRM systems
  • Learning the questions, concerns, and objections that influence patient decisions
  • Understanding how patient experience, scheduling, conversions, retention, and revenue affect business performance

The timing of the transition will depend on how quickly the individual becomes proficient in our services, systems, patient experience, and operations. The expectation is that they will learn quickly and assume full day-to-day marketing coordination as soon as they are prepared.

Marketing Coordination and Ownership

Marketing responsibilities will begin during the immersion period and expand quickly as the coordinator gains knowledge of both practices. This individual will become the central point of coordination and accountability for our day-to-day marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions, and service launches for both practices
  • Serving as the primary liaison between leadership, the internal team, and outside marketing partners
  • Coordinating social media strategy, content creation, approvals, and scheduling
  • Planning and executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Managing website updates, blogs, promotional materials, and in-office signage
  • Coordinating influencer relationships, community partnerships, events, and brand activations
  • Ensuring all marketing is accurate, timely, on-brand, and aligned with current services and business priorities
  • Tracking lead sources, inquiries, conversions, campaign results, and other key performance indicators
  • Preparing performance reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Using patient feedback and frequently asked questions to strengthen marketing messages and content

Why This Role Is Unique

This is a marketing position built on firsthand knowledge of the patient experience.

Rather than marketing the practices from a distance, this individual will learn what our patients need, what questions they ask, what influences their decisions, and what makes their experience exceptional. That understanding will allow them to develop more accurate, relevant, and effective marketing for both brands.

The role offers hands-on experience across patient engagement, sales, digital marketing, content development, agency coordination, events, partnerships, analytics, and business growth.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

The ideal candidate:

  • Has marketing experience or a strong foundation in digital marketing, social media, content, or campaign coordination
  • Enjoys working with people and is comfortable discussing services, pricing, and next steps with patients
  • Is creative, curious, and eager to understand both the patient and business sides of marketing
  • Can balance patient-facing, operational, and marketing responsibilities
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Takes initiative, follows through, and understands how their work contributes to shared team and practice goals
  • Values both creativity and the use of data to evaluate and improve marketing efforts
  • Communicates professionally with patients, practitioners, team members, leadership, and outside partners
  • Is dependable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to learn quickly

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, content coordination, patient coordination, sales, or a related field
  • Previous experience coordinating campaigns, content, promotions, or digital communications
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and project-management skills
  • Experience with customer service, lead follow-up, consultative sales, or relationship-based sales
  • Comfort using CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media platforms, and other digital systems
  • Experience with Canva, website platforms, content creation, photography, or video is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or another premium service environment is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Atlanta practice in the Perimeter area.

Because our marketing is closely connected to patient conversations, consultations, clinical services, promotions, and the overall in-office experience, this individual must be present and actively engaged in the daily operations of both practices.

Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events, promotions, content creation, or other practice initiatives.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and works closely with practice leadership, practitioners, team members, and outside marketing partners.

Growth Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to develop into a larger marketing leadership role as the individual gains deeper knowledge of both brands and demonstrates the ability to independently manage campaigns, partnerships, marketing strategy, analytics, and performance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and direction of two established and evolving healthcare brands.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Starting salary: $55,000, plus monthly team performance bonus

During the initial patient experience and business immersion phase, the position will participate in the practice’s monthly team bonus program. Bonuses are based on shared practice goals and overall team performance rather than individual production.

Once the individual demonstrates proficiency in both practices and assumes primary responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and execution of our marketing efforts, the base salary will increase to $65,000 and the position will transition to a quarterly team performance bonus structure.

The transition will be based on demonstrated readiness rather than a predetermined date. Readiness will include a strong understanding of our services, patients, sales process, systems, and brands, as well as the ability to independently coordinate campaigns, content, communications, outside partners, timelines, and performance reporting.

We are a highly collaborative, team-oriented organization. Success in this role is measured by how effectively the individual supports the practices, contributes to shared goals, and helps the entire team succeed.

Benefits include:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Employee treatment and wellness benefits
  • Professional growth and development opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding the Patient Journey & different services provided
  • Create engaging on-brand content
  • Execute email & SMS Marketing campaigns
  • Manage Marketing calendar and social content
  • Plan and execute brand events and promotions
  • Answer patient inquiries & schedule accordingly

Qualifications

  • genuine Passion & curiosity for medical aesthetics & wellness
  • Strong aptitude for marketing, content creation, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Experience creating social media, photo, video, or written content
  • resilient and able to handle a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated & driven, with a desire to make an impact
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
