Key Duties

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Strategy

• Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social).
• Lead creative direction and ensure all messaging and visuals align with brand identity.
• Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine long-term brand positioning and growth strategy.

Community Engagement & Outreach

• Plan and execute community events, sponsorships, and outreach activities that strengthen local presence and client relationships in Columbia, MD.

• Flexible schedule; this is not a M–F/9–5pm role.

Qualifications

• Established network or experience building influencer/brand ambassador partnerships.
• Background in event planning, community outreach, or experiential marketing.
• Strong eye for design and brand storytelling across digital and print media.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand management, or community engagement. Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and organizing community events or outreach programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
