We are hiring a Marketing Director to fully own the marketing function for a growing, established aesthetic and wellness practice.
This is not a content-creation role and it is not a position for someone who needs to be assigned and reminded of individual tasks. We already have a hands-on content team member who captures, edits, and executes. We need the person above that function—the strategic owner who builds the plan, sets priorities, delegates clearly, reviews the work, measures performance, and adjusts direction before problems reach the founder.
This person will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for elevating the brand, strengthening our market position, and building a thoughtful, forward-looking marketing strategy that supports the next stage of growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and own the annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plan
- Translate business goals into clear campaigns, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Direct and organize the work of internal content support, contractors, agencies, and vendors
- Create systems that ensure projects are assigned, tracked, completed, reviewed, and improved
- Maintain a cohesive, elevated brand across social media, email, website, events, partnerships, advertising, and patient communications
- Plan campaigns well in advance rather than operating reactively
- Review content and creative work for quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and strategic purpose
- Track performance, identify what is and is not working, and make timely adjustments
- Bring forward new ideas, opportunities, and recommendations without waiting to be asked
- Meet with the owner weekly to review the plan, performance, upcoming priorities, and decisions needed
- Own day-to-day execution independently, with minimal unnecessary midweek escalation
The right candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, decisive, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes. They understand the difference between being busy and moving the business forward. They can see the full picture, create structure around creative work, hold others accountable, and protect the owner from becoming the default project manager.
We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of their department, communicates clearly, plans ahead, and consistently delivers polished work. Experience in aesthetics, luxury services, beauty, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or another high-touch consumer brand is strongly preferred.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who wants real autonomy, direct access to the founder, and the opportunity to meaningfully shape the next chapter of a growing brand.
