Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for surgical, dermatology, and medspa services.
- Create and oversee content for the website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and press releases.
- Manage digital advertising strategies to maximize online visibility and patient leads.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots, patient testimonials, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with leadership to design seasonal specials, event promotions, and package launches.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets, community organizations, and referral partners.
- Ensure all marketing aligns with the practice’s luxury aesthetic and brand voice.
Marketing Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 3+ years of marketing manager job experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
