Marketing Coordinator Job Description – LRM Aesthetics, Inc.
LRM Aesthetics, makers of ariessence pure PDGF+, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide strategic and logistic support to the Brand’s marketing efforts. Overall responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns. This role also involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales data, and contributing to campaign performance as well as monitoring social media accounts, assisting with event management, and preparation of reports.
This is a fully remote position based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies
- Work with creative and strategic partners to develop campaigns
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across omni channel media (digital, print, social media, events, and email campaigns)
- Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
- Track and manage marketing expenditures
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data about target demographics and market trends
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing efforts
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, event coordination, and email newsletters. Requires basic understanding of WordPress content management system.
- Work with social manager to assist in managing, tracking, and engaging on all social media accounts
- Event Management:
- Assist with planning and organizing events, such as trade shows and conferences
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and key metrics
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Other Duties:
- Manage marketing databases and CRM systems, HubSpot in particular
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Required Skills:
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Technical: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Experience: Some experience in marketing preferred as is experience in the aesthetics market
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with co-workers, partners, and vendors
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve problems independently and collaboratively
Compensation:
(FYI – to discuss) A Marketing Coordinator typically earns between $42,500 and $58,500 per year, with the national average around $55,000.
