Job Description
About Us
Our practice helps men take control of aging – inside and out. We deliver protocolized, non‑invasive treatments across Hair, Skin, Body, and Vitality. We’re evidence‑minded, hospitality‑driven, and relentlessly patient‑centric.
The Role (Clinical Lead)
We’re seeking an experienced, patient‑first Nurse Practitioner to serve as our lead provider in our startup environment. You’ll deliver and optimize men’s age management & restorative care services and collaborate with our Medical Director on protocols. You’re confident with injectables and regenerative techniques, interested in men’s hormonal/metabolic health, and comfortable appearing in occasional brand content (no personal following required).
What You’ll Do:
Provide Services:
- Deliver an outstanding end‑to‑end customer experience with an emphasis on compassion and results.
- Consult, evaluate, and treat using comprehensive protocols and non‑invasive modalities, e.g.: neuromodulators, PRP/PRF (hair/skin), microneedling, IV therapy, etc.
- Run hormone & metabolic programs: SERM pathways and TRT for low‑T, plus GLP‑1s.
- Order and interpret relevant labs; translate findings into clear, goal‑aligned plans with honest expectation setting.
Clinical Leadership:
- Uphold safety procedures, emergency readiness and impeccable cleanliness standards.
- Partner with the Medical Director to define & refine clinical protocols to ensure an NY‑compliant practice.
- Provide oversight to RNs/MAs on skills within scope and sign off competencies.
- Manage adverse events and complications should they arise.
- Be accountable for the adoption and compliance of policies, protocols and privacy practices.
- Be responsible for the maintenance, function and health of devices.
- Additional ad hoc tasks as necessary (as an early hire in a fast-moving startup environment, you’ll naturally wear many hats).
Brand Leadership:
- Drive key performance metrics and business outcomes as defined by leadership teams.
- Participate in light, clinically accurate social content (brief explainers/Q&A) in partnership with marketing.
Qualifications:
- Current NY‑licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority (DEA eligible/active).
- 3–4+ years post‑licensure NP experience (meets ≥3,600‑hour independence threshold).
- Hands‑on experience with neuromodulators and PRP (PRF/PRFM a plus or willingness to learn).
- Endocrine/metabolic literacy (low‑T pathways, GLP‑1 programs, basic TRT management).
- Proficiency in sterile technique, venipuncture, and IV starts; strong clinical judgment and communication.
- Outstanding communication and bedside manner; ethical, patient‑first counseling and education.
- Comfort mentoring and training others.
- Business‑minded and social‑media savvy.
- “Whatever it takes” mentality with entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Availability to work on-site 4-5 days a week, 8-10 hour days, including 1 weekend day (40 hour work week)
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive salary ($180,000-$220,000 base) + annual bonus + commission. Potential equity award for competitive candidates.
- Health plan, PTO, CME allowance.
- Treatment/product perks; modern clinic environment; growth paths as we scale.
