What Makes Our Clinic Different
Compensation on Your Terms
- Bring a written offer—we match or beat it and layer a transparent production bonus on top.

- Physician-led, outcome-tracked, and data-obsessed.
- Weekly case huddles to share wins, dissect complications, and level-up together.
- Decisions are patient-first; ethical recommendations drive revenue, not the other way around.

- Brand-new Rohrer PicoLazer, Phoenix CO₂, and Pix:E RF/Erbium platforms ready for you to push boundaries.
- You co-author the protocols that roll out across every future location—your signature on our standard of care.
Real Leadership Opportunity
- Mentor an RN/MA team and shape multi-clinic treatment pathways, marketing narratives, and before/after galleries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver neuromodulators, fillers, Sculptra, PRF/PRP & Kybella to our clinic's protocol standards.
- Perform Phoenix CO₂, Pix:E RF microneedling & PicoLazer pigment/tattoo removal per laser-safety rules.
- Refine written protocols and track before/after data for continuous quality improvement.
- Mentor RN/MA team in injection technique, device operation, and patient education.
- Lead consults, build multi-modality plans, maintain ≥ 95 % patient-satisfaction with ethical conversion.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on new-service roll-outs and create case-review content.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina NP or PA-C license (or eligible within 60 days).
- 2 + years full-time injector experience in a high-volume med-spa or cosmetic-derm setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least three service lines: Botox/Fillers, CO₂/Erbium resurfacing, RF microneedling, Pico treatments, PRF/PRP, semaglutide/Tirzepatide programs, etc.
- ACLS certification and documented laser-safety training.
- Solid grasp of OSHA/HIPAA compliance and sterile-technique best practices.
- Proven ability to mentor clinical staff and contribute to protocol development in a team-based, physician-led environment.
