About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Injector - either an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Aesthetic Physician Assistant (PA-C) - to join our physician-led aesthetic medical clinic in Charlotte, NC. This is a high-level injector opportunity designed for experienced aesthetic NPs and aesthetic PAs who are ready to lead clinical protocols, mentor injection teams, and deliver advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF/PRP, and Kybella to clinic protocol standards.
- Operate Phoenix CO₂, Pix:E RF microneedling, and PicoLazer devices for skin resurfacing, pigmentation, and tattoo removal in compliance with laser safety training.
- Refine written protocols and track before/after data for continuous quality improvement.
- Lead patient consultations, design multi-modality treatment plans, and maintain ≥ 95% satisfaction rate with ethical conversions.
- Mentor RN/MA teams in injection technique, device operation, patient education, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on new service rollouts and create educational case-review content.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license (or eligibility within 60 days).
- Minimum 2+ years full-time injector experience in a high-volume med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or aesthetic NP/PA clinic.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following: Botox/Fillers, CO₂/Erbium resurfacing, RF microneedling, Pico treatments, PRF/PRP, semaglutide/Tirzepatide protocols.
- ACLS certification and documented laser-safety training.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA compliance and sterile technique best practices.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop clinical staff in advanced aesthetic nurse practitioner and aesthetic physician assistant jobs skills.

- Demonstrated expertise in at least three service lines: Botox/Fillers, CO₂/Erbium resurfacing, RF microneedling, Pico treatments, PRF/PRP, semaglutide/Tirzepatide programs, etc.
- ACLS certification and documented laser-safety training.
- Solid grasp of OSHA/HIPAA compliance and sterile-technique best practices.
- Proven ability to mentor clinical staff and contribute to protocol development in a team-based, physician-led environment.
