Compensation: $45–$75+ per hour plus commission & performance bonuses

Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced NP/PA-C/RN to lead injectables at our growing clinic. You’ll perform neurotoxin injections, guide treatment plans, educate clients, and mentor junior providers while helping set the gold standard for injectables.
Key Responsibilities
- Aesthetic Consultations & Planning: Assess skin/wrinkles; create tailored injectable plans.
- Expert Injection Services: Administer neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®) in FDA-approved areas with advanced technique and strict safety.
- Client Education: Prevention, post-care, prescription retinoids, and sun protection guidance.
- Clinical Leadership & Mentorship: Train new providers; uphold clinical excellence.
- Charting & Compliance: Accurate documentation; HIPAA/OSHA/infection-control adherence.
- Continued Development: In-house training; maintain current certifications and techniques.
Who You Are
- Licensed NP, PA-C, or RN in Texas.
- 1-2 years aesthetic injection experience (strong procedural RN backgrounds considered).
- Strong grasp of facial anatomy, neurotoxin dosing, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset; team-oriented and adaptable.
- Available PT or FT (some weekends may be required).
