Job Description
We are a physician-led medical spa offering a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, non-ablative skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling support, HydraFacial, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare services.
We are seeking a skilled Laser Aesthetician with Texas laser certification and strong hands-on experience in both laser services and advanced skincare treatments. The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering safe, consistent, and results-driven treatments. You’ll work closely with our aesthetic and medical team in a supportive, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser services, including laser hair removal and other non-medical aesthetic device treatments
- Provide advanced skincare services such as HydraFacial, chemical peels, customized facials, and acne treatments
- Conduct consultations, assess skin concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, skincare routines, pre/post care, and realistic expectations
- Maintain detailed treatment notes, documentation, and before/after photo records
- Ensure treatment rooms, laser devices, and equipment remain clean, organized, and compliant
Qualifications
- Active Texas Aesthetician License + Texas Laser Hair Removal Certification
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a medspa or advanced skincare environment
- Skilled in HydraFacial, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare
- Strong client sales ability—comfortable recommending skincare products and upselling service
- Availability to work on Saturdays and weekday evenings
- Proficiency with CO2 laser, RF microneedling, and skin resurfacing technologies
